Business Laptop Backpack

I still didnt get it why it takes too long to deliver its been a more than a month

Backpack never arrived and it's been 3 weeks.

The product itself is fine, but I was under the assumption I was ordering the closest backpack to the one I already have based on the description. This one does not have the very safe laptop zipper under the handles which prevents accidental spills out of the bag and someone coming along and unzipping your bag and grabbing your laptop. This zipper is on the side. I am greatly concerned about the laptop dropping out of the backpack. The zippers all have hooks for locking, but no locks or latches are included. The handy net pockets from the old bag are only on one side and the odd little zippered pocket on the other side is too small to carry anything you would have carried in the net elastic pounch. There is much less padding on the pack of this backpack, compared to the previous model, but the hidden pocket in the back is larger and even more hidden than before. The expandable ability of the bag is kind of a toss-up. Space is great, but it is so open that organization becomes a problem. Overall, I just want the other model back - it was the best backpack I have ever bought in my life.
